What happens during a survey and how long do they take?

After the initial introductions, we start by asking some questions to get a thorough understanding of the property. The first part of the survey is conducted outside, with state of the art equipment our surveyors can quickly and easily record as many reading as needs be. Access around the property to all external walls makes it much easier. The second part of the survey takes place inside, gathering readings where possible in relation to the exterior reading and upstairs. A full survey on a property will take between 45-90 minutes.
